Relationship with materials
I love to explore the different gifts of the material world: the essences of shape and color and how they make us feel.
I acquired most of my skills while experimenting and experiencing the different materials and techniques: felting, illustrating, knitting, weaving, crocheting, sewing, macrame, embroidery and more. I never cease learning, studying art, and practicing new methods all the time.

My main relationship is with felting, mostly needle felting, sometimes combined with wet felting. I love to include different jewels from nature such as interesting branches or thorns, stones, nuts, and other beautiful treasures found in nature.
There is something about this craft that is both forgiving and emblematic of the healing processes we seek. The soft, breathing fiber is alive and heartwarming.
The wool I use is always sourced from responsible, sheep-friendly farmers.

Workshops
- Women’s crafting circle. This is a held and guided space of sharing and healing while letting our hands create and our hearts open to one another. The artistic work is woven together with the emotional work.
- Hearts and crafts journey retreat: a 4-5 day women’s getaway that’s all about meeting ourselves, diving deep, and staying there. In a beautiful home close to nature, we create an opportunity to connect and touch our souls with guided meditations, creativity, movement, quiet times to look inwards, sharing circles, healing conversations and processing together as a group.
- Individual meetings of conversations interwoven with arts and crafts. Helping you find your own unique path to your heart, focusing solely on you and your needs, the handcraft most suited for you, and at your own pace and rhythm.
